Questions
Why is there no price list?
The work varies too much to price fairly in advance. Ten interiors and a broadcast campaign are very different jobs. Send the brief and we will quote it properly, usually within one working day.
How do I send files?
Share a Dropbox, Google Drive or WeTransfer link. We confirm when the files have arrived.
Can you deliver unbranded files?
Yes. Files come back with no watermark or credit, ready to pass straight to your client.
What happens if I want changes?
Tell us what to change. Revision rounds are agreed in the quote, so you know what is included before we start.
Which time zone are you in?
South Africa (SAST), one to two hours ahead of the UK, which makes it easy to work through the day with European clients.
